Paper & Plastic Ramekins

Waxed paper and Plastic Ramekins became popular in the UK following food trends from the USA. Traditionally used to provide portion control of sauces and butter, these ramekins are now used for many things worldwide.

Available in sizes of 1oz to 4oz and various colours they can complement any service. Whilst relatively low cost and easily lost, became the development of waxed paper ramekins. These could be made in different sizes for portion control but could be manufactured at a significantly lower cost. Whilst less expensive, this product is disposable and has excelled in the takeaway market, opposed to a better presentation of solid ramekins in the restaurant market.
